Warranty Policy & Procedure [ 80 kb ] - In the event of any defect in material or workmanship in the goods during the period of 12 months / 30,000km, which ever comes first, the company undertakes to either repair the goods at its own expense or, at its option, replace the Goods provided that the buyer: Notifies the Company immediately it knows of any defect Obtains authority to commence repair, etc before performing those repairs Liase with the Company regarding return freight The total liability of the Company for all or any claims arising shall not exceed the price of the goods The Company shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or perform the contract resulting from forces of nature or any other matter or event outside the Company"s control
